The House
The house is located in a cosy impasse and you enter the property through an Andalusia style door into the open three level hall. The street floor has a terrace with a lounge group and a stunning view of the sea, golf course and mountains including Gibraltar and Atlas mountain in North Africa. On the mid-level you will find three en-suite bedrooms (6 beds in total).
On the garden/pool level you will find the living area accompanied with a 43″ lcd screen and a DVD/CD player. From the dining area there is a fully fitted luxury kitchen and utility room. The beautiful terrace and garden (200 m 2 ) with amazing views comprises of a pool (6.5x3m), Weber BBQ 8 (with fixed gas), sun-loungers, dinner table, umbrella and luxury chairs. A Wifi/Internet access connection is installed within the house for your use.

La Heredia is an award-winning village and is located approximately 3 kilometres inland from San Pedro.
